Including the highest and best use permitted in the town planning scheme for the land. The report is on our company letterhead and signed by our senior planning staff.

 

We have provided this service for a number of real estate agencies on the Gold Coast achieving positive responses from the marketplace during those sales campaigns.

 

Our costs for such a report depend on the complexity of the site and the relevant town planning provisions, but are usually in the range of $1,000 to $2,000.

 

The report will normally be available within one week of our commissioning.
